Vape Green Ltd is looking for a support staff member to join our small and fast-paced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a growing Online Vape Company. You will be involved in the day-to-day activities, including decision-making to help the business grow, develop and expand. This will give the right person the chance for personal progression within the company with direct support from the company owners.

Please only respond to this advert if you are a Vaper with great knowledge of vaping gear and vaping terminology. We require that you have at least 1 year of previous customer support experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • You need to have excellent knowledge regarding vaping and vape products such as Vape kits, tanks, mods and different e-liquid types.
  • The main duty will be customer support, this is done via email, Zendesk, phone and chat. All customer support needs to be provided in a professional and friendly manner (fluent English is required)
  • Use of online courier portals to manifest and check tracking.
  • You need to be fairly tech Savvy with fast learning skills.
  • Write product descriptions
  • Other duties when and if required

Job Type: Full-time
8 hours a day, 5 days a week - Salary: £18,000 - 20,000.00 /year depending on experience.

Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm'
