Dark star one shot

Hi,
I've decided to stop paying for expensive juice, which is ridiculously higher for sub ohming.
After reading stuff of this brilliant site, it's quite easy to balls it up, for want of a better phrase! A few have suggested one shots as a good way to start diy, so this is what I intend to do..
Now I know this will sound dumb, but before I start ordering anything I just want make sure.

Most other flavours contain PG so this affects percentages etc
But I'm guessing Dark Star's one shot concentrates do not contain PG, but purely just the flavour concentrate?
So, if I am making bottles of 100ml, and I'm using Hermes(20% mix suggested) for example, the remaining 80% is PG/VG/nic?

I'm intending to buy both PG & VG diluents from Decadent Vapours(after favourable reviews), and also their nicotine liquid, which is 5.4% (not the standard 7.2) which makes calculations for me more baffling!
In my example, I'm not entirely sure the percentages needed for the 80%. Most e-liquid calculators seem to factor in PG is in flavours, and assume nic is 7.2%

Most flavours are suspended in PG - Darkstar will be too I presume.
If they are in VG it would be advertised as such.
20% flavour immediately puts 20% PG in to to your mix.g

For ease (IMO) you would be better & probably cheaper getting everything from Darkstar.
You type your base strength in to the calculator and your target.
It works out what you need. 72 is no more complicated than 54 if you use a calculating ap.
I use POTV one.

You use this and request what ratio you want your end to be - it tells you concentrate, nic, VG & PG qty needed.

Definitely get you supplies from dark Star , be quick I think there NIC stock is getting low, if I were you get separate vg Pg and NIC

Well there is a very big difference in price buying from Dark star:

500ml Pg £3.49 (Decadent £19.80 AFTER 15% discount)

500ml Vg £2.99 (Decadent £19.80 AFTER discount)

100ml nic £13.99 (Decadent £21.95 AFTER discount)

There has to be a reason for this huge discrepancy??? Is the quality with Decadent Vapours significantly better, purer, higher grade?

Never tried them but dark Star is good quality lots of people here use them
