Darkstar service

I recently ordered some nic from Darkstar and soon got confirmation that the parcel had been dispatched.
After several days there was no sign of it so contacted Darkstar who confirmed that it had been sent to the correct address and that it should be with me soon.
More days passed and no sign of Royal Mail, so the Jen at Darkstar sent them out again on a Saturday service.
It is good to deal with a company that understands customer service and goes out of their way when things go wrong.

Only ever had 1 small delivery problem with Darkstar and cannot fault how quickly they sorted it all out - really good company imho and use them for most stuff now the new one shots are quite nice too just wish they would add some other flavour concentrate companies then I wouldnt go anywhere else
Always disliked that wherever we shop it seems there is always 1 concentrate missing from a supplier for the more complex recipes and if you replace it with TPA / Capella equivelent or whatever I am always left wondering if it would have been better as was so Flavour Art concentrates would be a nice touch to make a great comany even better

Royal Mail? My last DarkStar order came by DPD who email the day before and as I wasn't going to be in I had it delivered to Sainsbury's and picked it up from there.

Yeh they use royal mail too I ordered £20 worth of tfa concentrates the other week and they came out royal mail and it shocked me as all my other orders have come FedEx or DPD

The small orders I have placed such as concentrates have always come via royal mail . When I've ordered nic and vg/pg in larger quantities they have come via courier . I don't think royal mail will deliver nicotine . I've heard if they find it , they won't deliver it and return it or dispose of it .
