When I read the title, I got the impression (before I read the first post) that it was a vaping dating site where boy and girl vapers get together to biff on about vaping with the added bonus of a shag.

not that wrong ... but it's a shop where you go in, biff on about vaping, pay money to them and get screwed in return. (as an added bonus)

The fire button losing clickiness is a bad feature of those Tesla mods ... I assume it's the Nano 100W? I had two in the plain finish but never had the other issue you report.
In your shoes, I would get my money back from Date Vape UK ... product not fit for purpose. Check the T&Cs of sale, you might have to pay for returning it.

Don't think they can make you pay to return it, if it is faulty, whatever their t&c say. I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.

Distance selling regs state that all other terms are null and void if they contradict the regs

All online retailers have to abide by it, you can still give pretty shitty legal customer service within the regs,

But statutory rights state you are entitled to return goods that are either not fit for purpose or not of merchantable quality to the business you purchased from

If you are still struggling mention trading standards, usually does the trick

Wow their return and refund policy is a disgrace...trading standards would rip into them for that. Their tastelessly offensive name is equally distasteful and would have put me off before I even bought anything tbh, I'll rip into them for that...they sound like a right bunch of moronic, yolkbrained, mouthbreathing prepubescent....grrr I'll stop there. Also their prices are pretty shit, some of the stuff they have is £10 or more expensive than my local B&M! Dunno how they can justify that >.<
Hope you get your money back, brand new working mod...whichever it is you want and manage to draw the attention of trading standards to this bunch of shysters.

The mark up they've stuck on some of the products is bloody nuts. £150 for a Lost Vape Tirade!? £110 for a Limitless Lux? Bejesus... And they cant afford to refund you? Absolute choppers.

It looks as though this is a one man band operating out of his house/flat. He clearly has no idea of how to run a business or what his legal responsibilities are.

Did you pay by PayPal or credit card by any chance? If so, I wouldn't waste any more time with this guy. Just get straight onto them and they will do a charge back for you.
