Couple of questions as I've become very reliant on derringers

1. Has anyone tried the FDV conversion kit that ModMaker sell? Does it work and is it a hassle?

2. Has anyone seen a BF one for sale anywhere? I'd be happy with a clone.

Yep just a little slot in the insulator I've done about 6 different rdas that way and had absolutely no problems. Or if you have a dremmel you can drill straight down through the central pin.

I sold my derringer clone a couple of weeks ago, I have a clone of the M-Atty so may have take the drill to it.

Its a similar 3 post design so would need either the insulator having a slot cut or a couple of drilled holes to make T shaped hole in the 510 and centre post.
Its always a bit of a risk but its only a clone.
