Dessicated Coconut

You could try Totally Wicked's coconut. I bought some 6 months ago and it tasted just like dessicated coconut. Not sure if my taste has changed, or if the flavour has changed over time, but now tastes more of a coconut cream. Much prefered the dessicated coconut taste.
