15 drops is a quarter of 60 drops, so wouldn't it be 4% (60 drops) and 3% (45 drops) if 15 drops = 1%? I might be missing something, I'm not known for my arithmetic skills

Exactly this.

We do sometimes use drops when experimenting with new flavours but we use the same size pipettes all all times, and weigh as we go on accurate scales, so we can record the weight of each concentrate. Using drops alone to convert to percentages is always going to be a bit hit and miss.

Roughly 5 drops is 0.1ml, 15 drops (0.3ml) is 1% in a 30ml bottle.

Update, I've made this up and I've got the shittist taste buds in the world, but this taste just like freaking rice pudding it's crazy, it even leaves that creamy film in my mouth after vaping I had to add a lil sweetener coz I did, well done what a recipe

Oh dear, I have only 1 of those concentrates - looks like another flavour shopping spree.

I'm with @Ment (we're not engaged or anything) - too much pastry/cracker/dough/whateveritis in DL Lemon Tart. Seriously lacking in...lemons.
It's ok for an occasional half-tank, but even the smell is starting to put me off.
Miami Drip Club Lemon 11 much nicer.

I do like the lemon 11 and the glory glaze from cheap thrills but there's so much sugar in it it makes my teeth ache. Little Havana is a favourite.
