Unfortunately the POTV app supports 4.0 and above.

I won't be able to use it then my phone runs an older android and won't accept an update - I've tried. Most of my forum browsing is was done on the move. I use tapatalk as it actually renders threads in a readable font, not a microscopic one which the browser does.

From another point of view, surely if attracting users to the forum is the object (after all, the more there are, the more will find out about the EFVI petition) then disappearing from the tapatalk search is a bad move. Could be shooting yourselves in the foot. I know I haven't been here long, but it's been good, and I'll miss it when I can't get on anymore.

No, I'm not going to flash my stock rom just to access a forum. I would be curious to know why 2.3 isn't supported by the POTV app though.

Oh well, at least it'll stop me obsessively checking the forum every couple of minutes

The POTV app is powered by Tapatalk, they set the compatibility so they would be better suited to answer why the build your own apps don't support lower versions.

Having a dedicated app for POTV is a great idea. But why drop support for tapatalk?? Not sure about anyone else, but I use lots of forums and can access them all from one tapatalk app. But now I'll need one app for POTV and tapatalk from everything else.
