not too sure about drippers, not too confident about them for some reason :s

Drippers are more scared of you, than you are of them, easiest thing to build in the entire world ever. Spend a tenner on a dripper at some point, as mentioned, the igo-l is about as easy as you can get, and as cheap as chips.

I'd be more confident with a dripper than anything else. If you want super easy peasy then as suggested, an igo L is the way to go.

Fogger, RSST, Kafun cloney thingy. All much and much the same to build I have found.

The way I see it,once your accustomed to building...pretty much any atomizer becomes easy.The hard part is learning the method.When I got my present genesis atty,I used up about a metre of wire making the coil and it took me nearly a full day,now it takes about ten minutes.

my favourite and the one i find the easiest is the Ithaka. may sound crazy but its so so simple. 5 wraps nr,r,nr already to length around some 2mm silica 2 wires one side 2 wires the other side quick pinch of the lock nut and a twist on the + pole and jobs a good un. no tiny screws to loose or try to grip with my fat clumsy fingers.
