Hi folks. I wanted to tell you about my recent purchase from <link removed to save the helpless>

I bought a Sigelei 30W, 2 x 18650 batteries, a charger and an Aspire Nautalis. Basically a whole new setup.

Because of the amount I spent, I got free delivery. I also got a 7% discount which made it cheaper than cheap! The free delivery was 7 working days which isn't the best, but I didn't pay for it so I can't complain.

Everything arrived as described, in original packaging and confirmed genuine. I'd read a bad review so spoke with Sigelei to double check. Anyways, all is well and working great!

This is a trustworthy site with great prices. I'd defo use them again! And also, I emeailed them a few times and their response was always quick and helpful. So there you have it.

We have had reviews of Ecigwarehouse in the past from members that have had problems, and while I'm pleased for you if you've had a great experience with them this company still raises red flags for me.

'The Ecigwarehouse Ltd' is still showing as a dissolved company on Companies House. While there may be a perfectly reasonable reason for this as a consumer I take issue with a vendor that is passing itself off a a legitimate company - they do call themselves 'The Ecigwarehouse Ltd' on their website - and think that this is extremely bad form. It doesn't win any trust from me and I think it's bordering on fraudulent.

So while you may have had a good experience with them it's a no-confidence vote from me I'm afraid. Other members are, as always, free to make up their own minds but in this, as with all other things knowledge is power.

A little Googling throws up a complaint about goods not received and communication being ignored as recently as May this year, indicating that there are still issues with buying from this vendor.

POTV does not and cannot condone a company that was officially dissolved in 2011, yet continues to trade in breach of the law.

We would strongly recommend that our members do not buy from any company that they are not happy with or trust, there are plenty of exceptional vendors out there with excellent products and customer service.
