I haven't done a review before but as I don't see one for ecigzoo.com, I figured I'd share my experience.
I bought my first mod from these guys, a little over 3 months ago. I initially ordered a Lavatube and an hour later I changed mind after seeing 'The Transformer' - a mod with a nifty ring to vary the air intake.
No problem! I sent a message via the contact form on the website and had a reply within an hour. They aim to reply to all messages within 2 hours but IME, it's been quicker.
I got my original order cancelled and opened a dialogue with Anthony from customer support who was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my noob questions.
I've ordered vivi nova's, carto's and juice from them since then and delivery is fast!
I had one problem with some vivi nova heads that I bought from there. Basically, they had been sent the wrong ones and when I fitted one it was slightly too small. This resulted in me getting a little bit of liquid in my mouth. I should point out that this was with the original 'Vision Vivi Nova' and the problem with the heads included the ones in the box. Definitely not their fault!
I emailed Anthony and they were removed from sale immediately and shortly after, I received a generous £100 voucher and a sincere apology, along with a thank you for bringing the problem to their attention.
Very nice of them!
I had a problem with my Transformer a while later and although it was a random fault (ohms reading too high and device not firing) that occurred only occasionally and then disappeared for days, I emailed Anthony about it and was asked to send it in. Two days later, I had a brand new replacement in hand.
Customer service is excellent - friendly dialogue with someone who knows their stuff.
Delivery times are quick.
