I had a look on the forums nd couldn't find anyone else with the same problem.
I have an ego battery and it seems like the centre pin is too high up. Ît's been fine for a while, but went a bit odd today.

I can't get any tanks to screw onto it. They feel springy and the threads don't seem to be connecting. I've got the tanks (iclear 16s) onto other ego batteries with no problems, so I tink it. Must be the battery.

I tried çonnecting the battery to the charger and it wouldn't screw on.

Any ideas?

Have you damaged the threads?

If the battery connection plate is too high, try pushing it down a little bit gently!...but be aware that the wires inside are shitty and thin and if the pin was raised too high, it could have broke the connection completely and in that case, chuck it. (properly)

The threads don't look damaged. I pushed the pin but it's not moving.
The battery appears to be working - the light comes on when I push the button and goes off when i let go.

I got a kanger t3 tank to screw on it andit worked fine, it just seems to not like the iclears or the charger.

Thanks for the speedy replies! I'm not elecronically minded, so I think it migt be a case of recycling the battery and replacing it. The tanks are working on other batteries and so is the charger, so I think it's just this battery that's had it fr some reason.
