Just received my nano today and it won't work with my innokin cortex. It just says check atomizer. Works fine on my friend's innokin Coolfire 4+ so I know the build is ok. My full size bachelor does the same thing and I know the cortex is working as all my other tanks are ok on it.

Out of interest, could I use the deck from the nano with the tank from the full size, that way I can convert the "big un" to MTL?

Any guidelines on best diameter/resistance for a SS coil to do MTL with the conversion kit installed? I'll be running in TC mode.

about the first problem, maybe it is resistance of the atomizer problem. Difference mod has diffeent using resistance. Maybe it is the problem.
And if use SS coil on TC mods, recommend 1.0ohm or 1.2ohm.

It's definitely the tank/cortex combo. It won't see any coil at all in either the bachelor or the bachelor nano. I've tried coils in the known range for the mod and also SS as well as Kanthal.

I also placed a sliver of metal on the centre of the 510 connector and the mod sees the coil so that confirms the 510 pin is just a hair too short. (I didn't fire it, just proved the mod can see it). We are talking the pin being too short by probably the thickness of some 26AWG wire, nothing much at all really.

Thanks for the info on the MTL coil, although of no use at the moment as I can't use either the nano or the Bachelor I bought due to the short pin.

MTL mode - tried the 2mm air flow restrictor and narrow drip tip - vape too hot! I'm using a 1.61 Ohm kanthal coil - 9 wraps on a 3.5mm i.d. former. Recommended coil size/impedance for MTL?
Are there any pre-maid coils greater than 1.0 Ohm for MTL?

Hi @Dorset, the MTL mode fit 0.5ohm, 1.2ohm very much. We have pre-made coil greater than 1.0ohm for MTL.We produce the new coil last week. It is dia 3.5mm, wid 8.0mm, 316ss, 1.2ohm coil. You can take this new pre-made coil to try.

Where can I get them from?
Alternatively - what thickness of ss wire are you using (27AWG?) and is the coil 'spaced out' to 8mm?

I'm comparing the Batchelor nano with a Kayfun Mini. So far the Kayfun flavour is better - but there is a slight leak or weep from the base. No leaks from the Batchelor - and I prefer the postless design.

Hi Dorset,I am not sure which customers have ordered this coil now. Can I know where you get the bachelor nano please? And how about you advice the store which you ordered bachelor nano to add this coil to their order please? Then you can take the the coil from them.
It is stailess steel, Diameter is 0.3mm （around 28AWG). And for the coil, the inner diameter is 3mm, width is 8mm.
