Anyone know how to get hold of these people. The phone no. Via Google is out of service. The number on there contact us section goes to voice mail (mobile no.) they don't respond to emails.

I had a snowwolf supposed to have been delivered last week. And still haven't received it even though I have a tracking no. It's been stuck at the same place for a week now. Royal Mail won't talk to me.

Need to get hold of elegant vapour customer services as don't really want to file a claim with PayPal.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks knome, I have tried this no. as well. Straight to voicemail. I've ordered from them recently and received item no problem. This is a Royal Mail issue and as I'm not the sender they won't talk to me. I'm trying to get hold of them to check it out. Thanks for the info.

I think I may have to. I'll give it to the end of today when I finish work. Such a shame as never had problems with them before. The strange thing is it has clearly been posted but not left the sorting facility (I presume) and got the snowwolf at a really good price too. :-(

That is a great find, not for the business of course, that really sucks and I like the store, but for folk to know before placing orders with them. I have 2 things on my wishlist I wanted to get from them, pnr of them being the Aeolus on Friday, but I will need to find an alternative. Cheers for the heads up on this.
