Just to let everyone know, I had a response today via Facebook messenger. After telling me they will send another snowwolf out to me before the 14 day claim period of Royal Mail starts. [emoji3]. I suggested to them to update there contact details as they seemed out of date. This is the response I got and quote "We are receiving emails daily on the contact us form". So it seems everything is still running. I must say I didn't get a response from the contact us form nor any confirmation email to say it's been received. I Facebook PM'd them yesterday and got a reply this morning just after opening time.

Have now received an email from Elegant Vapour confirming new shipment details for my replacement Snowwolf. Included were the following contact details:

I haven't tried any of the above but the contact details are different from what there website states. Hope that helps peops! [emoji4]

Liquidation doesn't necessarily mean they stop trading but it would be helpful to keep customers informed.

Personally, I would now avoid.
