Eliquids Trade in India

Dear Vendors and Forwaders,

Hoping you all good. We need some information. Have anyone sell liquids in India yet? My indian client told me that, In India there is no law for Eliquids trade yet. Therefore Indian custom create issue regarding duties and stuck the merchandise more over that they customs in Banglore are not supportive. My distributor having issue. Can someone suggest me a way to send liquids in a smooth way to India from Italy? Ofcourse duties will be pay but we don't want any hessale in Indian Customs.
