I just had to let you all know that I had excellent customer service from epuff.co.uk. I bought 2 of the grippers when they were really cheap and the extension got stuck on the one. I emailed and was sent a replacement straight away, and not just the gripper but the battery etc with it. Cant fault them
I've been thinking about snapping up one of those grippers before they sell out. May well have to force my suffering bank balance to suffer some more, in the morning!
