Hi all.

Thought I should stop in and say hi.

I've been smoking for about 20 years and have recently bought an ego which I'm starting to enjoy. I'm just finding hard to stop dual fuelling at the moment. I find the ego more enjoyable but find it hard to resist an analogue at the moment.

I think I need to find a really strong flavoured juice.

I really do think I'll get onto just vaping soon and when I've just done that for a week I think in going to reward myself and buy a tesla coz they just look so damned good.

Anyway, I'm made up with the info here so thanks and I look forward to seeing you all around.

hi and welcome to the planet x there is plenty of help and advise to look thru or just ask x try not to worry about duel fueling think of it more as the cigs you havent had coz you vaped instead x

Welcome to the planet, don't beat yourself up about dual fuelling many did dual for some time I do dual.

You'll get there when your physically and psychologically ready.

Still avoiding alot of them though, you've cut down atleast thats a step

You'll know yourself if and when the time is right to fully switch to vaping, until then just look on every tobacco cigarette you avoid as a little victory for yourself.

Feeling happy with vaping today and only had one smoke - early this morning. Went out for a new ce5 this morning and came back with an itaste MVP and an so pleased with it.

I get the type of vape the ego was lacking.

May never have another analogue now. Fingers crossed.
