I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the chipsets in the pico and vtc are the same tech: i.e. the electronics are very similar, or the same, with mild differences to the firmware and screen.
I've had both for a while now and tc performance is very similar. Further, the firmware in the pico appears to be identical to the firmware in the original joyetech rx200. They have very similar controls. In fact, are Joyetech and Eleaf not the same company?
