What battery are you using? Seems odd there is a gap, sits flush on both types of eGo I have and the iTaste. You could go for the eVod battery but I'd go for something that you can up the power on personally. You will want to get one in the long run anyway.

Its an ego, i will eventually get a vamo i think but at the mo i want to stick with something small so it works at home and out and about.

Its only a small gap, i was thinking maybe a washer/oring might help (even though i haven't got any) what do you think?

Thanks for your responses guys, i even tried a elastic band just at the base which did work but could taste it uch a fi! It just isn't flush with the battery :-( so it way to vented if you get what i mean.
