I wish i could sleep at 8/9/10pm. Last time 2/3 am was still ok but last two days was the worst. 2 days ago i haven't sleep all the night. Then after that at 11am i went for 1 hour to swimming pool and sauna. From 2 pm till 6pm i slept so only 4 hours. Even so i fall a sleep at 7 am...

I hate insomnia, last night I was still awake at 3am and up at 6am, is why I'm to bed so early tonight...hopefully I won't end up waking up as soon as my head hits the pillow again, also got to stay awake til my daughter goes to sleep as she lost a tooth today so the fairy has to pay a visit

I hope you get some sleep, being awake the entire night is so miserable

Eh yea... Its not even being tired after that but feeling so wasted. Today i slept only 4 hours and woke up earlier only cause of gp visit. Wanted some more zoplicone but can't get more for some time. Zoplicone i know thats chemical kind of shit but worked really good. Reminds me how i feel when my eyes are closing cuz of being tired. Before zoplicone i really forget that feeling.

All i want now is to get possibly best priced CBD vape oil. Heard it can helps with insomnia but ofcourse i know it depends on people. Even so i want to give it a try for some longer than 2 days i already tried.

Hey there SmoothCloudy...I love mint with fruits, never tried mango so that might be on my wishlist for next payday

Hope you've managed a little sleep...my DD and I are both down with lurgy at the moment but on a positive note my Juice Cabin order finally arrived this morning...Butter Toffee Mintoes and Midnight Mint, which I didn't realise has coconut in it...that'll teach me to order stuff first thing in the morning
I have some peppermint concentrate on hand to add to both, as the Mintoes is a bit heavy on the toffee and a little cloying, but that could be because I'm sick at the moment...also got 2 x 250ml bottles of premixed base for my first attempt at DIY...as my 9 yr old would say 'hashtag excited'
