Can be, just don't add the AFC Ring to it

Yeah if you want DTL Mark you just don’t put the afc ring on and it’s good

And if you want MTL, you still don't put the AFC ring on and use Kayfun 5 airflow adapters (or pot rivets if you're cheap...like me)
