I've always suspected it's just an urban myth ... but saying that, it's a survived a long time and has clearly been talked about all over the country way before easy communication like today. I can't say I've ever met anyone who partakes in such activities though.

I know of no one who has ever played it, I think it’s probably an urban myth

Yep public school boys and rugby player's are often participants.

Not that I've found. The gentleman in question. We called him twinkle toes, was a drummer who later joined the RAF. Case closed.

lol, this is exactly what I was thinking, I just imagine this is kind of thing that Boris, Dave and chums got up to at Eaton ...... while most of us were just having a bit of good and honest finger pie in the local bus shelter. .... it's a different world.

I like Torrone, tastes that genuine, you can almost 'feel' the nougat.
