Order placed
"With fogstar on Friday for a gyrfalcon charger on Sunday which I received today"
Top service from a top vendor
Both item and vendor via recommendations on pot

I love getting recommendations when I'm stoned too!

So NDB are claiming the supplier slipped these chargers in to his order to increase profits. How does Josh know this little fact then? How does he know the supplier wasn't duped like he claims he was and sent them by mistake? Maybe coz it's utter BS? :hmm:

It absolutely amazes me that people will defend this behaviour.

"It was just a mistake".

"It was the suppliers fault".

"They slipped a few in to maximise profits".

"He's sorted it all out".

The problem is not only that he sold potentially deadly equipment. It is the way that he has dealt with this whole fiasco.

He lied and said they weren't sold by him. Blackmailed customers to change reviews. Failed to issue a refund to a customer and lied that the charger hadn't been sent back to him despite personally signing for it. Ignored emails from a shafted customer. Ignored same customer's comments on this very forum imploring him for a refund. Deleted comments. Deleted reviews. Lied about how many counterfeit chargers he had and how many had been sold. Played the victim. And only began to rectify the problem due to insurmountable pressure put on him by this forum's members right here and on Facebook.

He didn't do the right thing because it was the right thing to do. He did it because he was getting absolutely shredded and losing all credibility and because Fogstar and 18650uk stepped in to clean up his mess and keep total strangers and another companies customers safe at their own expense!

As has already been said repeatedly on this very thread - Had he apologised and issued a refund or replacement right at the start this whole thing would have been avoided. But he wanted to be Mr. Big Potatoes and start claiming the buyer was full of shit and the charger 100% didn't come from NDB.

At the risk of repeating what has been said already, a companies worth isn't measured by how they handle things when everything is going well. They are measured by how they handle things when things go wrong. And NDB has failed miserably. Josh is obviously not capable of running a company in an honest way with integrity and customer safety and service at the fore.

The only thing more disgusting than the sale of these counterfeit chargers is they way that NDB have dealt with it.

I certainly hope this puts the company out of business.

Shame on you Josh Malone. And shame on those who are trying to defend him and his actions. It's all too little and far too late! It's gonna take a lot more than a few discounted batteries to undo the damage that's already been done!
