We were contacted by a customer last night looking to to take advantage of our offer of a free replacement.

Its currently welded into the wall socket in his house and an electrician is on his way to remove it. I imagine its shorted and melted the plug. Once removed, its being forwarded to us for inspection. I did notice in the photos we were sent that the charger input on the back appears to be black, not yellow.

Will update when i have it here and ive photographed it and then taken it apart.

Good Grief! So these knock-off chargers are not just potentially dangerous by dint of having no fuse, they've clearly got no internal failsafe either. Time to get that warning up front and Centre on your main page Josh, before you need to start googling “countries with no UK extradition treaty”. This has now gone WAY past your petty self centred concerns about scaring new customers off.
