Fake Charger

Not sure Keith is in VHM anymore, I'm not so don't know.

There wasn't much discussed, just the op then there was a small discussion. Can't even remember which group it was as I'm in so many

Ah, I’m not on that one. I suppose until people hear back from Josh we won’t really know the full story. [emoji51]

I doubt we will here seeing as he hasn't been here for months.

I personally have never had a problem with cells from NDB but if you guys have solid proof then Ill be happy to stop using them

Also i would urge members to check out the Trustpilot reviews and make up your own minds thanks.

Weeding out the "I bought the wrong thing and it didn't work" unfair reviews, there were thirteen 1 star reviews last month. That's too many.

Multiple reports of chargers not working properly, or not authenticating properly. People being told that they can't return a faulty charger if it has been used (which is totally contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - you can demand a full refund using the right to refuse within 30 days of purchase or a repair or replacement within 6 months)

Yes, folks, check out the trustpilot reviews. A company stands or falls based on how it deals with things when they go wrong, rather than how things go when they go right. That's why we buy from trusted vendors, so we have the security of knowing they will deal with issues properly when things go wrong. It is taken as read that batteries and chargers should be fit for purpose, so how do you deal with it when they are not?
