1. Yes and no, depends on the item some are great some are pants. Customer services is ok, they do mess up orders sometimes but they rectify it.

2. Most are clones unless it states 'authentic' but then again that could mean a protank but not a kanger. If it says style it's a clone.

3. Like I said china 2-3weeks
