There's a break-in/adjustment period(or was for me anyway), you might find things get a little tough on your chest despite being off the smokes, i had various chest pains and what not for the first 3 months(nothing compared to when i smoked - i was quitting regardless and vaping really cemented my commiitment), but they soon eased off with time. I've personally(and i say personally because it's not the same for everyone) found that the chest issues are more prevelent with higher PG liquids(which were better for me for the first year) and tend to flare up(in small amounts) when i hit the higher PG liquids(because i still do for some higher nic juice quick fixes). I use more juice now but mostly stick to 3mg shortfill juices, i still get plenty of enjoyment and the fix i feel the need for(i'm just running through old stock on the side because i'm tight like that, lol, it would be a waste to lob it in the bin).
