All pictures are of the same tip . I've only done the one so far. Not planning on going into production, just don't have the time to do these and the stands and the patina work. The lathe is just a cheap Clarke wood lathe. The blanks are standard pen blanks off eBay. And the tip took about 30 min to turn and polish

I understand using the blank of ebay part, but how do you get the stainless part with the o'ring?
