First day mixing juice

My shipment finally came in today! I received 2 liters, 1 liter of pg and 1 liter of vg. I also received a few different flavors and 48% (I guess percentage) of nicotine. Let the mixing begin . The only problem is I don't even know where to start, how many drops of flavoring/nicotine should I use in let's say a 10mL bottle? I've looked this up online and I understand what they mean by percentage of the flavoring and what not basically I'm asking what you guys prefer so I don't waste my juices.

1st learn the dilutions, to get a feel for what vg pg and nicotine content ratios your goal is. 2nd, get frustrated because the amount of flavouring is not set in tablets of stone, and flavourings differ in 'punch' and depend on your personal taste. Once you've got that sussed, the nice thing is, that subsequent batches, made to the same recipes using the same ingredients, are pretty much consistent.

@dwolf25e its really important that you understand the nic diution ratio's not just because of waste, but because you can do yourself some serious harm if you don't.. please tell me the mg strength of you nic concentrate you have and what mg strength you usually vape

ie: 72mg nic base & 18mg juice, I can then work it out for you, get yourself down to the Mixology section and get the PoTV mixing calculator, then have a look through the threads down there..

@dwolf25e - what percentage is your nic juice? If it is 48% can you PM me where you got it from, as 48% is 480mg/ml - which is INSANELY dangerous to be messing around with at home. If you are new to mixing - DO NOT use 48% liquid base - the margin of error is massive and could potentially be fatal. In fact, it is 48% it is illegal for you to own it unless you have a poisons licence.

Please accept that I'm not having a go at you in any way shape or form, but I've just shit myself when I read 48%, and a more than a little concerned for your safety.

You beat me to it. I read 48% and then assumed that it must be 4.8%. Hope it's not 48% as this, in my opinion, is how user error will come into play when regulations are enforced. People are going to source nicotine thinking it's one thing when in actual fact it's something else.

Thanks for the responses guys, like I said I'm totally new and actually have never mixed before... Anyway my nic bottle is 10ml and it says 48% I have NOT opened or done anything with them yet I was planning on this tonight. Now that u guys are telling me how dangerous it is I'm skeptical. I understand that it has to be extremely diluted using maybe a drop or so in the liquid itself, now idk if I'm even gunna bother with the nicotine.
