First Mix Last Night

Well, I done it! After telling myself I needed to go through all my purchased juices before trying mixing with the kit I won from the comp Terry at leisureliquids ran, I thought 'sod it, lets give it a go!'. So, using the mixing calculator at the top, I've mixed up a 5ml Praline and Cream juice - now, I think I may have missed something as A: for my limited intelligence I managed to do it, and quite easily (not trying to sound big headed or anything) and B: It looks/ smells ok! Obviously the proof is in the vaping, but I will let it steep for a few days to see what happens. I also purchased some sweetner and doulce de something (can't remember what it's called now, but you mixing gods will know what I'm on about!), so if it's too rich or rank when I try it I can hopefully tweek it to a vapable state! Will let you know how it goes! Fingers crossed!

That's brilliant Woowoo and I hope you keep us updated on how you get on as it will give those who have never mixed confidence to go ahead and have a go.


I have a friend who has never ever mixed a liquid because he thought it was too difficult....I say friend it's actually me but don't tell the other forum members!! I am just buying my first mixing kit next month so will be joining you in your path of the home mades

Thanks Mark - I will of course keep you updated on how it goes! Seriously though, I think it was the numbers and percentages needed that were putting me off, but it wasn't as bad as I thought! Even had a big grin on my face when all the ingredients were in and I was giving the bottle a good shake!

Already got my mind working on what creations to try if this goes ok - there will be no stopping me! Today, Lemon Meringue Pie and Vanilla Custard, tomorrow, the world!!!!

No need for an order split going to get me a whole litre as well, I just think if we newbie mixers stick together, with you, Woowoo and I we can help each other out.
