From ego to mod how common

I have a vamo, a SID and a Vmax now... I love my SID, i love my new Vmax both of them light, and don't kill the pocket. Well i got my SID in 18350 mode for 39£ and the Vmax on a SALE... so consider it like that way. The vamo was my first mod, loved it, but than I held a SID in my hands which felt so light. As said takes time to get used to the menu but not big problem

All this praise for the SID has finally cracked my resolve to not be a slave to shinyitus. Have got one on its way to me! My wife will have something very unpleasant to say when she finds out!

So ive gone with the smoktec SID in the end up

Also order a kanger protank 2 as well

Was tempted to order a rebuildable while i was there but i think ill get use to using a mod first

The Vamo is great but.....a word of warning! If you are buying it as a kit and the charger is the type with a two prong flip down plug...and comes with a chines adaptor....best throw the charger and adaptor in the bin or at the very least the adaptor!!!!!!! I had one, the contacts in the adapter was made from chocolate and had no spring to them, they stretched, arced the chager pins and spiked the charger....left me with a dud charger and two 18650 bats that were discharged below redemption!

Get a good charger, something like an Xtar!

But yes I appreciate that a top range charger will aid battery life and charge quicker.

Hmmmmmmmmm IMHO....sorry, but I would not buy any battery with the word "fire" in it............google up trustfire issues... take a look at torchy's report on bats on ukv. I am sure there are lots of people using that brand just fine....just not me!
