Nice review again Red.

I have one of these and you've pretty much nailed my impression of it as well. I ended up quite liking the spinning glass as it satisfies my need to fiddle. Never noticed the airflow ring issue myself, I usually keep it fully open anyway.

Also nice to see you think the bungs make a difference to the flavour. All the other reviews I've seen say it's a minimal difference but I felt it did change the taste a bit.
