Maybe.

I've been in contact with them for a while now since my competition win, and have already promised myself I will be buying a few more things from them in the not too distant future. But this review isn't really about their product range (Mainly genuine items from China such as YOUDE, Yihi, Sigelei that are always delayed getting onto fasttech) which is growing when new stuff is released (Such as the recent goliath addition)

But this review is more about their customer service, which is in fact better than most vendors I've used in the UK.
Even though what I received from them was a competition win, I was informed that if there were any issues with it, to send a message to them and they would sort it as soon as possible, they kept me up to date when shipping, and also asked if it had arrived.
Now, I cannot say this will be the same for all of you, but that actually put a smile on my face.
Sure, it's a business, it's about money.

But, it didn't seem forced or fake. It seemed genuine. When the language barrier was a little bit difficult, there was a bit of a "Crossed wires moment" when the Gearbest employee believed I had not received the item, when I had, and instantly sent through all the tracking details they had managed to get hold of! Which was actually in more detail than I could get.. :P

So, What I'm trying to say is this. They actually care about the customer and are willing to help with any questions you have. I've sent countless emails off to fasttech and had sod all response.

So maaaaybe, we will see them rise up and be the new fasttech? I hope so.
Anyone who can get an item from china to the UK in under a week without using DHL is good in my books!

They do ship quick. Didn't fully 'get' their shipping options but this turned up Today! Slowest option only 11 days!

Good to hear, as two day's ago I cancelled my FTech order for istick50 (already waited three weeks for restock) & placed it with GB. They say 3-5 day's till shipped! About the same price.

It's actually cheapar than FT (unless buying wholesale).....The only thing I can say against them is that they are not vape dedicated website/drop shipper......But then again, neither is Fasttech.

FT has had plenty of my cash and more than half of it is either still in transit or hasnt even been shipped, not impressed at all.
GB is has a few test orders and so far, so good.

......Istick50
Fasttech= £30.83 +with Paypal £31.69
Gearbest= £31.47 + " " £32.73

Boobs!

I'd rather pay a couple of quid more at gb just for the level of customer service they offer.i'm on my 5th order with them now,they have been faultless through out.they only had to contact me once because they couldn't fulfill an order and that was within 24 hours to say sorry and how would i like my refund paid

I'm not sure about them yet. I ordered a Cloupor Mini and got it in 9 days.

Then I ordered a Goblin on Feb 7th when it was showing as in stock, paid but order was stuck at 'processing' for a week. I contacted them and they said it would ship in a week, it didn't, it went to 'pre-order', dates changed twice but came into stock 14th March. Shipped 15th but hasn't registered with any tracking service yet. Not brilliant.

It's always good to have options though so I'll try a few more orders and see how it goes.
