The thing about FT is that the site is a pleasure to use. It has to be one of the most user friendly and efficient sites on the web.

Seasoned users will always look for good service and the best price when looking for a specific item, but FT's massive catalogue just sucks you in and makes you buy stuff you didn't know you needed.

FTech 'estimates' 'Order shipped in 20 business day's !
Strange disparity as they both must be in the same area and getting authentic items fom the same place ?

Strange. All my FT orders have arrived to Finland in 7-9 days after shipping (shipped usually next day or 2 days after ordering). I placed my first order with GB over a week ago (ego one kit and some cotton) and it was still processing today although it says shipping in 3-5 business days. I started live chat with them and they said it won't ship for at least a week, so I ended up asking for a cancellation and refund. They said they would cancel it and refund but still nothing is happening. It is still marked as processing. After next week I will use the PayPal dispute for the first time ever (after thousands of online orders) if still nothing is happening.

Ordered a subtank Nano from FT yesterday also and I already got shipping confirmation for it, so it will probably be here before GB responds to my ticket. Also ended up ordering the ego one from Spain instead...

Before my ordering kanger subtank mini, i googled.

FT is old and GB is a new site, Cannot say which is much more trusted, better;

no idea who to choose, maybe GB, or others.

Then i checked price of subtank mini, FT is 33.34 while GB 49.9, also ft has cloned subtank mini ( not sure whether authentic mini replaced by cloned, maybe, maybe not)

Occasionally, i found better deal from abcvape from reddit, $28.5, much better price. Kangertech Subtank Mini Pyrex Glass Cartomizer with OCC - 4.5ml - $28.50 : ABCVAPE.COM

So i prefer a better price.

Based on my own Personal experience, I won't be using Gearbest again!!! I ordered a Cloupor Mini from them on the 25th of Feb the Item was supposedly Shipped on the 1st of March but didn't arrive!!! The Customer service has been Shoddy to say the least with Five days delay on every answer to my questions, GB told me that if the Parcel was lost they would send another one out if that was what I wanted. I told them to do this, This morning I recieved an email from them this morning saying that as I had not taken out extra insurance they could offer me Three options, 1. Give me a voucher for 85% of the value to order something else, 2. refund my PP with 65% of the value of the order or 3. I send them 50% of the value of the order and they'll send (lose) another Cloupor. I thought I had clicked the extra insurance as it was only £1.28. I've told them to refund my PP and in future I'll be sticking to FT. I've had Twenty or so orders from them none of which have disappeared and all delivered in reasonable time!!! I may have been unlucky with GB and lucky with FT but I'll stick with who I've had the Best service from!!!

Ordered kanger subtank on the 11th of last month and I've only just got a dispatch notice
The cloupor I ordered the other month turned up in good time though so, I dunno maybe ill try again maybe not. I'm in no rush to order though, despite the good deals they offer.

Ordered a mvp 3.0 as i couldnt resist the price placed the order on saturday shipping confirmation on monday and arrived 9 working days after exactly as order maybe i was just lucky but will be using them again no doubt as first impressions count
