Comming from @SessionDrummer that's definitely worth trying.
I do wonder if it is any different from the Molinberry one though.
Are ssa available in the UK anywhere?
They might also carry Chemnovatic Vanillin V-100 which I've been after for a while but don't want to pay the £15 or whatever it was for shipping.

I've got this and its in my list.
Chefs do do Chemnovatic and I've asked them about the vanillin v-100 and they've said they will stock it when they restock.

So is the Molinberry the same as the ssa one?
If so maybe thats why i didn't rate is as high as sessiondrummer as i went in a lot higher than 0.75%
