Going to dump Pulse bf

hello
After a lot of discussion and looking around the internet, have decided the mech mod is not safe to use
Many people have had them melt etc
I ask you, I am looking for regulated sqounk mod, not too pricey, also I can use with 24 rda
Any suggestions welcome

The Pulse is a typical mech plenty of ventilation and a simple sturdy circuit, I can't see the mod being the fault, battery condition / quality or a short circuit build is the mostly likely cause.

But it's wise if you don't feel safe using a mech to go for a regulated mod.

I assume you are after a single battery mod similar size, fully regulated options that spring to mind are:
Pulse 80
Pico Squeeze 2
Rig Mod – Hotcig RSQ - not cheap RRP but they have been cropping up in sales recently)
Aleader killer 80w squonk box mod (Make sure you go for the metal version)

There's many more but none as cheap as the Pulse at retail price, keep looking in the sales as with this whole 2ml bottle limit malarky I've seen squonk mods popping up in the sales more and more.

I am new to squonking and of course building coils, I have to presume the guy in the vape shop did it properly, I am curious to find out why this is happening, to be honest I don’t like being beat on something.
Can I ask you, recommended size of coil on this please
I have seen the pulse 80 and it looks ok to me with the little knowledge I have

The battery is brand new, it’s ampking 20700 3000mAh 30A - 40A made in Japan, genuine, I have checked it online on their site

It's a problem.
The mod itself is safe and well built with safety features it's that it's being sold to new vapers with little or zero knowledge on ohms law and the correlation of safety between coil and battery.
Any of the mods vapeneezer mentioned would be great and feature safety circuits.

Stick to somewhere around 0.25 to 0.50 ohm's has always been my goto Pulse mech builds (best at 0.30 ohms) but I also find a single coil build in it to be not only easier to build and wick but gives a better flavour.

Different wires give different vapes but one of those Demon Killer mulipacks pretty much are all good to go in single coil and safe.

If you are going to keep it there's plenty of help here and on youtube to get to grips with mech safety.

Out of my list if I had to choose just one it would be the Pico Squeeze 2, plenty of safety features and easy to use.

Yes, I think I will stick with it for a while till my skill level increases
I do like the flavour, I have made my own juice with the help of guys on here giving me simple recipes, it does taste good.
What size would you suggest for single coil please ?

You're welcome, the Pulse was my first step into the Mech world and loved it, also learned a lot along the way.
