Gp Heron and Paps combo

Hi people
Anyone got a solution to a gap between my (both clone ) heron and gp paps.
I'm using the 510 connector thing.
Also I think I know why this is happening , I'm using a button top battery. ..
Is my only solution to file the 510 ?
I really don't want to do that.
Is there a hybrid connector type thing for the paps to accept the heron as it was intended?

Unscrew the 510 heron base and you'll find a large hybrid top with a brass sprung pin

I know that but it won't screw into the paps. It feels like a different thread.

Yes, the clone heron thread is different to the genuine one. M20 x 1.5 as opposed to M20 x 1.0, if I remember correctly. I had the same problem a while back.

I'm vaping on FT Heron clone at the moment on FT clone of the Paps; but mod has been "temporarily sold out" for a while now.

If you search on FT for "m20x1" (that's the threading of FT's Heron, anyway) and check out the specs and forum posts, should find something to take your fancy.
