Hiya everybody! I'm a relatively new vaper (around a year or so) from Malaysia and just started learning the basics of building and wicking.

Currently rocking a Smok Alien with a Kylin Mini on top. Whilst I loved the Kylin when it works, I would keep getting dry hits after about 12 hours from wicking it. Thanks to POTV, I found out I was wicking wrong (thanks SuckMyMod).

Since there are so many helpful people here with valuable insights, thought I'd sign up and learn what I can. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum.

How's the vaping scene in Malaysia? We had reports of the government raiding vape shops and closing them down.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! The vaping scene in Malaysia is doing ok I think. Whilst I don't see a very big vaping community here, there are small events that crop up every few months or so, although the turn-outs are quite small. We do have a big problem with our market being flooded by clone devices though, which wouldn't be so bad if the sellers didn't try to pass if off as original. One thing I do love about here though is that there is no shortage of e-juices as we have many brewers selling at decent prices (I buy 60ML of juice for MYR30 or approx $8).

In regards to the raid and closure of Vape Shops, as I understand that only happened in Johor and was the first state to ban vaping. I'm staying in the capital where the governance is slightly more liberal.

Well the vaping scene on the forum is all go, so make yourself at home and have fun :)

Are there any brands that you can recommend as there are plenty who live on Malaysian juice.
We already have quite a few that are readily available like nasty, lassii, naked tiger, fcuk, ohm but always good to try new juice.
