Now on Thursday my charger gave up the ghost, it was deceased a charger no more so the hunt began for a new one. As funds we're tight as always it needed to be safe but, also damn cheap which was not as hard as i thought.

I fell upon the Grey Haze website and after getting side tracked by the great array of mods and atties they have i eventually found the charger i wanted. Was an Efest and although only able to charge one battery at a time it seems very safe and a clever little gadget. So friday i made the order

Saturday morning the postie gave me a package in which was a nice looking velvet bag which enclosed the charger, small things like that impress the hell out of me in fact put a sleeve on a bottle of cava and i will ignore the champagne

Unfortunately there was a little fault with the charger so i emailed them, 15 mins later was an email expressing how sorry they was for this and if i send it back they would replace it at once. Well i was looking at sending it back today as i didn't have the money yesterday and the postie came and there was a replacement before i had even sent there's back. And i am glad to report it works fine and is a fantastic little bit of kit.

So this being my first order with them i found the customer service outstanding and they are definitely on my good guy list. Cheers Grey Haze.

I hope they deal with my question that quickly. I ordered a Nemesis on the 5th February and its still not arrived. I emailed them yesterday and hoping for a response today. I'm not sure what has happened as paid for 1st class delivery too. I'll update the thread soon with some luck.

Took a few days for a response, after sending a further email. But all sorted out.

I did pop in the othrr night after work. Lovely lads, really helpful. Had a lovely fruity juice being vaped by one of them, shop smelt yummy

So, it turns out the Nemesis was out of stock, which is why I never received it.. they refunded the order. Would have been nice to get an email to tell me that, but I guess service levels do vary from vendor to vendor..
