Gurgling and splodging tank

Hi,

I installed a new coil in my Nunchaku yesterday and had been vaping fine. I woke up this morning and took a drag and got a load of juice in my mouth and it was just gurgling. I turned it all off, put a cotton bud down the hole to soak up some excess liquid, then vaped it at a higher wattage to try and burn away the excess juice and it seems to be ok for now.

I am reluctant to fill the tank up again now! Could it just be a faulty coil? I’ve had the tank for 3 months now and never had an issue before. I’m not using any different juices or anything, just running it the same way I always have?

Oh I forgot to mention that although the gurgling has stopped, the flavour now seems muted, like I’m not getting as good a draw as before!?

Could be just a crap/dodgy coil, can happen now and then with the best. Put another in if its not working properly. It's commonish to get a dud now and then.

Yep, sounds like a dud to me. Try another coil. I find with oversaturated coils that holding the tank upside down for about 30 seconds can sometimes clear them better than trying to soak up the excess.

I agree. I have the same issue with a few of my tanks. If ive not used one of my mods for a few days i get this problem. I find by turning it upside down and lightly tapping it on a piece of kitchen roll for 30 seconds, the juice clears from the chimney section onto the kitchen towel and is then good to go.

Cheers, worth noting. Some of my tanks are rather old, they dont have airflow lol
