I'm still learning a lot as I've only been vaping for a couple of months (Almost) and bit the bullet and got myself a chi you (clone) after starting out on a "beginners ego kit" as I wanted to get a better result from my vaping
I've decided to build my own coils/wicks and to that end ordered up a kayfun 3.1, a fogger, and a Kraken (all clones) a multimeter for checking resistances/shorts etc and put an order into stealthvape for some kanthal 0.20, 0.25 some ekowool and some silica....
Now I'm reading in another post here about more experienced vapers having trouble setting up their fogger etc....

Have I jumped the gun...Have I bitten off more than I can chew.....??

Just how hard is it to build your own kit...On a difficulty level of 1 to 10 ??

You'll be fine. It's not that hard with a little practice to coil anything. They are all the same really. One end goes on the positive and one goes on the negative and the length of wire between these 2 points gives you your resistance. You've done the right thing moving into RBA's

You will be fine mate... It is better to grow into something than grow out of it.. Practice will make perfect... But you will still make mistakes even when you get it sorted.. Only natural.

The Fogger isn't that hard to set up really - use the little screwdriver that came with the kit to make your coil, and wire it up to the poles without the wick inside. Then just poke whatever wick you're using through at the end. I've got 2mm silica in at the moment; fits perfectly if you used the screwdriver to make your coil.

if you really need a hand & it depends were you are in glasgow I may be able to give you alittle lesson

Ohhhh Matron ???

Seriously, I've got another Glaswegian mate on UKvapers (another taxi driver) who can keep me right.....I just took a dose of the horrors when I read another post about some people having trouble setting up their foggers.....I'm always game for trying stuff out...:)
