What's new

Have I grasped what a Vamo is?

If you want to use clearomizers like CE4 and CE5, DO NOT USE IN ADJUSTABLE WATTAGE mode with two 18350 batteries. You will burn them at 5 to 6 watts in seconds. It is OK with single battery and voltage mode with 2 batteries.
Sorry, I should've said that I'm only using it with single batteries. I have two 18350's and an 18650. The big one for home use, the smalls for out n about or when the big is on charge.

Had mine about 3 months now and the threads are starting to go

The Igo L did not help the cause much

But I would buy one again. Great Mod

Great bit of kit and I think the first to offer all the bells and whistles at a price mere mortals can afford, one problem with it, the 510 connection is soft coz it's brass and needs a gentle touch and a smear of Noalox, especially when using the 510/ego adapter.

I worn 2 out in 6 months as I'm a habitual tank swapper, for the skilled and/or brave I've posted some info on the matter....

If it had a better thread I think nothing could top it pound for pound, but I'm totally in love with my SVD these days.

If you have the ££ for it, i think that the smok telescope with the kick is sexier, but i have the vamo also and i absolutely love it :-)
I prefer it in 18350 mode

You've covered the points pretty well there, here I go it also has 510 thread............... and doesn't fit Kanger T3...................................................................... Thats it you've taken the rest of the words outta my vaping orifice.

Simon

The T3's and MT3's do fit on the V2 mate :) .

I've had my new VAMO V2 for just over a week now and whilst I have several different tanks and atty's, my favourite system is the MT3 and I can assure you they fit and work perfectly without the need for an adapter :).

I'd read that the T3 didn't fit the Vamo after i'd ordered one, it arrived today and your right the T3 does fit :51:

My V5 has suddenly started sometimes showing a blank screen when I'm checking the battery voltage. The button works for changing power /menu, etc., so it's not that.

Update : my v5 (-) button has stopped working completely. To change wattage /voltage I now have to repeatedly press the (+) button to round Robin those settings. Workable. Except now I can't check the battery status or get into the setting menu... So I ordered another one! SS this time and use this one for parts. Anyone know if you can stack 18650 batteries?
