You really need to chill out.
And I mean really.
Here is a quick Science course.
And yes I DO vape. I vape a vapour which is caused by heating a mixture of PG and VG to a temperature which causes VAPORIZATION, a temperature lower than it's critical point (boiling). I sure as heck dont sit here squirting/spraying a mist(suspended droplets of liquid) into the back of my throat.
I don't mind helping you out finding the information you need, but you don't have to be nasty about it either. We all disagree from time to time, but the point of this forum is to help people and to weed out the BAD information for the GOOD information. I hope I have explained the differences between vapour/steam/and mist appropriately. If you have any other questions, I am sure our plethora of well educated forum members would be more than willing to help you

.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VaporA vapour (British spelling) or vapor (see spelling differences) is a substance in the gas phase at a temperature lower than its critical point.[1] This means that the vapour can be condensed to aliquid or to a solid by increasing its pressure without reducing the temperature
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SteamSteam is the technical term for water vapor, the gaseous phase of water, which is formed when water boils.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MistMist is a phenomenon caused by small droplets of water suspended in air. It can occur as part of natural weather or volcanic activity, and is common in cold air above warmer water, in exhaled air in the cold, and in a steam room of asauna. It can also be created artificially with aerosol canisters if the humidity conditions are right.
