hiya,
new user to this forum,
been vaping for about 4 months now,
just wondering is there anyway to charge the ego v2 900mah mod from the bottom as the connector at the top where you normally charge from has broken.

A passthrough has a usb connection at the bottom - on second thoughts its obviously not a passthrough because otherwise you wouldn't have asked the question. Is the bottom just a silver-coloured disc?

You can replace the top part of the threads if your handy with a soldering iron...

To be honest, performing surgery on ego style batteries is not the easiest task in the world. It is possible but the wires are painfully thin/short and the little circuit board is quite susceptible to heat damage.

Then again, I have the soldering skills of a hyperactive chimpanzee ;-)

no it isn't a passthrough, it just has a silver disc at the bottom, can one of the old normal charger things be used on this???
