Well hello everyone.
I have taken the plunge and joined a forum. There is a lot of vapers out there lol.
I started my vape journey with a shisha pen after falling off the ciggy wagon after more than 2 years smoke free. That was 8 months ago. From the pen I moved to the Gpriv mini 50, and was quite happy although the price of the coils and the premix juice was starting to become expensive.
I had seen over the internet people building their own coils. It llooked a bit scary I must admit and the thought of 50 watts zapping through me If I messed up the build put me off slightly.
In April I took the first step to d.i.y . And ordered some base mix 30/70 and some concentrates. I've had some good results but I have also mixed some that tasted garbage (lessons learned) I also found that after shaking my mix, if I place the bottle in a thermos flask and fill with hot water and leave for an hour the mix tastes 100 times better than just shake and vape.
I now use a smok g150 and an ijoy combo rdta.I buy my coils prebuilt (not that brave yet to build my own) and I have not looked back.
