I know I cant sub ohm but I would to dry cotton wicks whats the device called with the wick going into a tank with wire going to screws. Also what size wire will be needed. Thanks
Do you mean something like the Aga-T? Never really had a lot of success with tanks and cotton wicks. As for wire something like 0.2 to 0.25. What is the lowest ohms the MVP will handle?
Your best bet is to start with a Dripper, something like the Igo-w, Basically ats a holder for a wick & coil, and you drip E'liquid directly onto the wick a few drops at a time. Pabs ran a thread on building Microcoils for cotton wicks that you can use in a dripper...
+1 for the dripper idea. An igo w or like is plain to see & to build into, make for a good intro to rebuildables & can be a keeper too. Not too pricey either.

No. It's not problems, it's user preferences. Some people like to drill them out a bit bigger. I use an IGO T & it has the standard air holes. That gives me a kind of say, cigarette type draw & i'm happy with that. The w is probably a similar thing & they are intended that way.
On the upside, the option to drill is there, easier to take away than to put back. If you get one & find it too tight, drill it out starting small, perhaps 1.5mm & see where that takes you. Still too tight ? Try 2mm & so on.
