Help!! Inawera....

So I'm looking for some help. I was mixing up a new concoction last night and when I tried it, it was really dry. No sweetness at all and I put 5 drops of EM into 10ml sample.

Never had to steep with fruits especially Inawera.

What have I done wrong.

Recipe was:

2% inawera Lime
2% inawera Lemon Mix
2% inawera Peach
2% inawera Orange
1% inawera Eucalyptus
1% inawera Anise
5 drops/10ml Ethyl Maltol
3 drops/10ml Menthol

Fruit percentages might be a tad high.

I find with Inawera fruits i like about 3% total in fruit, adding your fruits up you have 8% fruit, that's gonna be pretty fecking strong / sharp / dry.

But concentrates vary, try scaling back to 1% each fruit and see if that's better.

Upping your VG percentage will also increase sweetness and tone down the flavours.
