What settings are coils are you using currently and why do you want to change.
It is pretty much preference.

Start at 20W and move up in any incrament you like, I tend to make 5W jumps, giving a few tugs at each wattage. See how much more vapour and flavour you find at each setting. You'll eventually find you're "Sweet spot". Once you've found it, you can start there, and explore with each new juice.

coils are mostly a matter of taste so it comes down to what you like and there is no such thing as best coil for someone to sugest.try diferent tupes of wire kanthal,ss,n80 and fused claptons or alliens to spot the diferences and find what you like best.start with low watts and go up acording to your taste again.the whole point of getting a rebuildable tty is to play with it and try diferent things,that s half the pleasure if you ask me
