HELP! Wismec RX200 issue...

I'm new to the forum so didn't really know where too post this.. basically... I have a rx200 and having an issue with the batteries I got brand new Samsung 25r 18650 batteries (yes they are fully charged). but soon as I put them in the mod it says "battery low" I check it and it says cell 1 is low.. so I rotate it to see if it is the battery but it isn't...? is this a common thing?

Have you any other way to check each battery? Just to rule out the batteries.

Are you putting in the batteries correctly? Sorry, it had to be asked.

Open the back and check the screw behind the little rubber bung (near the top) is tight.

I believe this is quite a common fault. Sure I remembered a similar thread a week or so back(?)

Can you check the batteries individually?

Yea ive check batteries individually... And yes they are in the right way[emoji14]

Also checked the screw behind that rubber bit and its tight

Well.. I finally got it... Sorted! It was that screw in the end just forgot to say its sorted as ive been busy vaping away[emoji14]
